Foundations in Conservation (Kaharoa Forest, 4 June 2026)

About Course

Aimed at beginners, Foundations in Conservation training unit will provide you with essential foundations to help your conservation journey — whether that be as a volunteer, on your own land or on a career path.  

Gain an understanding of the importance of conservation in Aotearoa; basic key ecological principles and the important role you can play in contributing to conservation outcomes. 

This all-day training unit will be held on Thursday, 4 June 2026 (9am-4pm) at Kaharoa Forest.

Unsuitable weather conditions (or other unforeseen circumstances) may mean we have to postpone this day.
